event- RBL- Rajagiri Business League. Being RBL’s mastermind, his idea to this is
not surprising. Being a sportsperson himself and with management qualities it
is obvious of such a young mind to come up with such thoughts- A basketball
league involving only management schools and corporates. This not only opens up
a wide array of opportunities to the students, but also the college management
and the corporates. It is a trump card to reach out to larger corporates and
management schools across the country. This proves his inbuilt strength to
indulge in the field of corporates and entrepreneurs.
In 2017, after completing his Masters
in Business Administration, Louis ventured his new initiative- True Code
Private Limited. Incubated initially under the management of Rajagiri Group,
the startup focuses on Market Research. The initiative solemnly provides data
analysis and market research surveys to corporates, business initiatives and
brands across the country. True Code is the brainchild of the young
entrepreneur from his initial struggle during his studies for adequate credible
data. This has initiated Louis to start up an endeavor which provides credible
data for all business purposes. Since the time of inception, the company had
proven its strength in providing authentic data for its customers. With the
promising beginning, True Code could grab credible customers from across
various spheres. Major corporates and business brands have appreciated True
Code for its service assistance. After the incubation period from Rajagiri,

After his successful hand stake on the corporate field, Louis
Isaac gradually took his leap into the Food industry. Following his passion, he
started his new cafe near to the tech hub of Kochi in the Rajagiri Valley-
Caesar’s Cafe. With the love for food and with the skill set of being an
entrepreneur, this venture was of much success. He extended his time to get
completely involved in the making of the cafe space. Along with yummy
continental cuisines, the cafe also extended a peaceful space for book lovers
and a serene hangout for young soulful minds. The cafe was also renowned for
its pet-friendly characteristic. The cafe had its own pet dog and attracted
canine lovers. Space allowed customers to enjoy their food along with their
pets and a special discount was offered for such customers. This grabbed more
pet lovers to this pretty cafe. Similar to his business startup True Code,
Caesar’s Cafe was also incubated by Louis with the thought of extending a happy
hang out place within the circle of his college- Rajagiri. The passionate cook
inside him had helped him deliver food in appreciable quality and quantity.
Along with his friends, the cafe was a happy and relaxing space for students
and techies.
With all successful endeavors, Louis Issac is in the process
of building himself into a brand. Being a young entrepreneur he not only
attempts to extend his business but also to encourage fellow entrepreneurs. He
acquires guardian roles to other young business people. Beyond being a market
researcher, he is also an SEO for directors. He continuously allows people to closely
work with him and also extends support to the student community. He guides
